Processing Time

  All orders are processed within 1-3 working days and, as it’s just little old me doing this, I aim to despatch orders twice a week - on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So for example if you place your order on a Tuesday I may not despatch it until Thursday. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once I have sent your order off to you.

UK Orders

 Royal Mail Tracked Standard delivery usually takes 2-3 working days.

  EU & Northern Ireland Orders

Due to the new EU GPSR safety regulations I am so sorry but I am now unable to sell or ship to the EU. This is because it will now incur prohibitive costs and impossible logistical shenanigans to meet these regulations which are both beyond my budget and capability at this stage.

Rest of World Orders

I am currently only shipping to destinations in the UK due to the above and also cost and time as it is only little old me processing orders at the moment. I will review this experience in due course and hopefully add other destinations in future.

However....f you can't live without something you love and must have on my website, please do get in touch on sales@fuzzypegfolk.co.uk and I will do my utmost to find a solution.

 

Please note that during busy holiday seasons, shipping times may be longer.

If you would like your order delivered quicker than the times detailed above, for a special occasion or deadline, then please do contact me as soon as you can at sales@fuzzypegfolk.co.uk and I will do my best to get it to you as speedily as possible.

 

Delivery Costs  

These are automatically calculated at checkout depending on the size and/or weight of your order and your location.

UK Orders

Large Letter – up to 35 x 25 x 2.5cm &/or 750g  - £1.50

Small Parcel – up to 45 x 35 x 16cm &/or 2kg - £3.50

Medium Parcel – up to 61 x 46 x 46cm &/or 10kg - £6.50

Large Parcel – up to 150 x 150 x 150cm &/or over 10kg - ​£12.50

Returns

I do hope you love your purchase but, if for any reason you don’t, you can return items to me within 7 days of receiving delivery of your order. Please note this DOES NOT apply to Vintage products.

 

 Conditions for Returns

 Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. I reserve the right to refuse returns if the items show any signs of wear or damage.

 How to Return

​  1. Contact me at sales@fuzzypegfolk.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. I will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

​  3. Once received, I will process your return and issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

​

Exchanges  

I do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order to me for a full refund within 7 days of receiving delivery of your order. Then place a new order for the item you prefer.

 

Return Shipping Costs 

 The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged – see below. Please email me proof of postage at sales@fuzzypegfolk.co.uk.

Return of Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you feel that an item you have received is faulty or damaged then please contact me by email at sales@fuzzypegfolk.co.uk with photos for me to assess. If a return is agreed I’ll send you a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund on receipt of the item.

Please note that this policy DOES NOT apply to Vintage items for which all sales are final. This is because these are pre-loved items which all have signs of aging, wear and tear or small minor flaws and imperfections. Please ZOOM in to view photo details prior to purchase or email me with any questions you may have about the condition of a vintage item and I will be happy to send further photos if necessary.
