FuzzypegFolk is an independent retailer offering folk art products sourced from Europe. Our registered office is 11 Viewpoint Mews, Shipmeadow, Beccles, Suffolk NR34 8EX.Please contact us at sales@fuzzypeg.co.uk for any enquiries.

Descriptions & Images
We strive to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and images are accurate. However, colours and details may vary slightly due to monitor settings. If you have any concerns about a product, please get in touch before placing your order. See separate section below about “Buying Vintage”.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw items from sale without notice and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Non-acceptance of an Order
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time at our sole discretion.
This may be due to:
• The product you ordered is no longer available – see above.
• We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions
Eligibility to Purchase
To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:
• Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Prices & Payment
Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable at the current rate. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery cost. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout but do not include the cost of customs charges – import VAT and/or duty where applicable for delivery to non-UK destinations. These are the responsibility of the importing customer.
Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, and other major online payment methods. Payment is required at the time of purchase.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events. Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable. If you experience any issues with delivery, please do contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

BUYING VINTAGE
Although every effort is made to select items in the best possible condition, it cannot be expected that they will be in perfect or brand new condition. We strive to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and images are accurate but if you have any concerns or would like more information prior to purchase then please do get in touch on sales@fuzzypegfolk.co.uk.
Our vintage toys were typically made over 20 years ago, so do not adhere to the toy safety standards of today. These are therefore not sold as toys but as decorative, collectible items and should not be used in play by people under 14 years of age.
